We're equal parts homebodies & boppin dance floor lovers. We thrive on good coffee, (tea for Anna), alt music, inside jokes and watching crappy movies and shows like every night.

But anyway, I grew up in Virginia and moved to Massachusetts at age 26 to be with my lady love, Anna. While here I got my English degree, worked in the corporate world for three years, hated every minute of it, battled crippling anxiety and self-doubt, got laid off (huzzah!), all while building up this photography business with Anna.
Getting serious about photography has been the second-most fulfilling and life-saving decision I've ever made (see “lady love” above for #1).
I'm Chris, eye-blinker by day, sleeper by night, nerd, and photographer for more than 20 years. I love '80s movies, '90s colors, aquascaping, brain-melting board games, perfecting my very precise coffee-brewing techniques, and writing fiction. And you know that "one weird trick" that has the medical community baffled? Well, I figured it out.

the one who "handles the business side of things" and "sometimes second-shooter wife." You'll probably hear Chris say those exact words when he's introducing me on our phone calls.
Much of my adult life I've been working as a nurse across many different departments. Working in healthcare is super rewarding, but over the years I've realized that my calling has always been to be a mom and a wife at home where I feel the happiest. I also get to embrace my creative side behind the camera alongside Chris. I'm inspired by the beauty I see in people interacting with each other, I'm usually the one walking around trying to capture those moments on my camera.
