Q: How is this different from a traditional wedding album?
A: These aren't your typical wedding albums. Ours are more like artsy coffee table books—over 150 pages, full-bleed photos that go all the way to the edge, with a focus not just on you two, but on the whole feeling of the day. The people, the space, the moments. It’s more art photo book, less pose-and-smile.
Q: What does the BOOK look like?
A: Each book is 10x8 inches (vertically oriented), hardcover, and designed to sit beautifully on your coffee table or shelf. The cover features a photo from your gallery, with your names and wedding date hand-designed by Chris. Inside, the pages are high-quality, full-bleed prints with no white borders—just full color and full photos to immerse yourself in.
Q: Who picks the photos?
A: We do! Every image is hand-selected and curated by us—no AI, no templates—to tell the story of your day in the most honest and artistic way possible. You get our full creative eye and storytelling experience.
Q: Can I make edits or swap photos?
A: You’ll get a digital preview before we send it to print, and yes—you can request a few swaps if there are specific favorites you'd love included. But trust that we pour our hearts into making it feel just right the first time around.
Q: Can my parents get a copy?
A: Definitely! Once you've ordered your copy, you or your parents can order a second one of the same size for 33% off—perfect for gifting.
Q: Do you offer returns or refunds on albums?
A: Because each album is custom-designed and made-to-order, we’re not able to offer returns or refunds. That said, if there’s ever an issue with printing or damage during shipping, let us know right away and we’ll work with the printer to make it right. We want you to love your book as much as we loved making it.
Q: When will I receive my album?
A: Once we've sent the design to the printers, books take 7-11 business days to arrive at my doorstep. From there, we inspect it to make sure it meets our standards, then we ship it to you ourselves. Each one is made with care, so it's worth the wait!
